When starting the paleo diet or going gluten free it can be hard to go without bread.
I know many people on similar diets as mine that really miss bread and need a healthy alternative for the bread that they can’t eat.
Now I know there are a lot of gluten free and paleo bread recipes out there so what makes this one so good?
Well first of all it has pecans and cinnamon in it that’s delicious right there!
But also this recipe is one of the closest I’ve had to the regular old wheat bread the texture is so similar if I didn’t tell you, you might not even know you where eating paleo bread.
Made with almond flour and tapioca flour which is the key ingredient that makes this breads texture so similar to regular bread.
The tapioca flour helps bind the rest of the ingredients in the recipe and improves the texture adding crispness to the crust and a nice bready chew to the inside of the bread.
And to top it off this bread makes Awesome! French toast!
