In this post I will be going super local and listing restaurants that I have been to locally in my area that are safe to eat at, or have options for other locals or travelers with food allergies, or who eat paleo.
I will be doing separate posts for each location later, to give a more in depth look at the restaurants and their menus.
But first lets go over the allergy stickers:
When This Sticker is beside the restaurant name it means they have paleo options or that some items can be made paleo.
When This Sticker is beside the restaurant name it means they have dairy free options or that some items can be made dairy free.
And finally if this sticker is beside the restaurant name, it means they have options that are gluten free or that some items can be made gluten free. NOTE!: This does not mean that the restaurant is certified gluten free and so may not be safe for some people with celiac disease.
(I myself have celiac and have eaten at most of these restaurants but it is never a guarantee that a restaurant is completely safe unless they are a designated celiac friendly, 100% gluten free restaurant.)
Also even with my recommendation, I always suggest CALLING THE RESTAURANT FIRST to make sure nothing has changed since I added the restaurant to my Blog.
